2 bedroom/2 bath units with a queen ,double & single bed ($160pn 4 guests + $15pn 5th guest off-peak to $200pn peak for 5 guests)

2 bedroom/1 bath units with a queen, single & bunk beds. ($135pn 3 guests + $15pn additional guests (max 5 guests)off-peak to $190pn peak for 5 guests

ABOUT Wayne and Susan, as new business owners (from July 2011), are delighted to welcome you to The Bright Oriental Hotel, B&B Guesthouse and Cycle Inn.A proud reminder of bygone days, The Oriental has retained its mystique. It is the only hotel in Ireland Street and shares its central location with shops, cafes, restaurants and a large supermarket.Originally built in 1862, the historic guest house has been lovingly restored to its former glory, incorporating both elegant antique decor. The Hotel now houses 5 historic rooms (4 as B&Bs), Cafe Velo cafe (which also has a sunny deck) and the new Indian Tandoori restaurant which is open 7 days a week.Attached Cycle Inn has two, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom units and two, 2 bedroom/1 bathroom units each sleeping up to 5 guests. There are also 3 motel style rooms with one sleeping 3 guests and two sleeping 2 guests. POLICY We require a valid credit card to secure your booking, or full payment in advance. We accept Visa and Mastercard.Cancellation Policy:*No penalties on 15 days notice or more. 50% of total booking is payable with 14 days notice or less. Less than 7 days notice, 100% payable.*Date changes to bookings will incur a fee of $25. Date changes can only be made outside of 7 days from arrival date and are at the discretion of the manager.*Bookings for Public Holidays, special local events and long weekends are non-refundable and no changes can be made to these bookings.Establishment Restrictions:We provide a clean air environment for all our guests. We do not permit smoking anywhere on our property.*All our rooms are Non-smoking rooms. We ask that our smoking guests respect this policy and smoke only off the premises. We are unable to let rooms that have been smoked in, and must apply a cleaning charge of one additional nights stay for breach of this policy.*No pets allowed.*Charges will apply for any damages, excessive spills etc that may cause our rooms to be unsaleable. Charges include, but are not limited to - (1) Full rack rate for the number of nights the room is unsaleable (2) Any cleaning charges that are directly, or indirectly incurred (3) Replacement cost of item(s) damaged PLUS restocking fees (4) Costs associated with upgrading, or moving guests who have already booked that room within the proposed cleaning/repair time.Booking Restrictions:Minimum stays all long weekends, public holidays and special event weekends, Christmas and Easter.Bookings for Public Holidays, special local events and long weekends are non-refundable and no changes can be made to these bookings.
