Valid credit card required to secure booking, or full payment in advance.
Cancellation Policy:
No penalties on 30 days notice. 50% of total booking is payable with 14 days notice or less. Less than 7 days notice, 100% payable.
Establishment Restrictions:
Non - smoking policy in ALL rooms. A cleaning charge of one additional nights stay applies for breach of this policy.

Minimum stays all school holidays, public holidays and special event weekends, Christmas and Easter.
Directions:
Turn right off the Great Alpine Road and Barnard St. Head north up main street, past the clock tower to the next roundabout. We are the two storey historic building on the left.
