TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Valid credit card required to secure booking, or full payment in advance.
We accept all major credit cards, however we will charge a 3% surcharge for payments processed via Amex or Diners.
Cancellation Policy:
*No penalties on 15 days notice or more. 50% of total booking is payable with 14 days notice
or less. Less than 7 days notice, 100% payable.
*Date changes to bookings will incur a fee of $25 per room night.
Date changes can only be made outside of 7 days from arrival date.
Date changes are subject to managements discretion.
*Bookings for Public Holidays, special local events and long weekends are non-refundable and
no changes can be made to these bookings.
Establishment Restrictions:
*Non - smoking policy in ALL rooms. A cleaning charge of one additional nights stay applies
for breach of this policy plus extras.
*No pets allowed.
*Charges will apply for any damages, excessive spills etc that may cause our rooms to be
unsaleable. Charges include, but are not limited to -
(1) Full rack rate for the number of nights the room is unsaleable
(whether or not the room is booked)
(2) Any cleaning charges that are directly, or indirectly incurred
(3) Replacement cost of item(s) damaged PLUS restocking fees
(4) Costs associated with upgrading, or moving guests who have already
booked that room within the proposed cleaning/repair time.
Booking Restrictions:
Minimum stays all school holidays, public holidays and special event weekends, Christmas and Easter.
Bookings for Public Holidays, special local events and long weekends are non-refundable and no changes can be made to these bookings.
Directions:
Turn right off the Great Alpine Road onto Barnard St. Head north up main street, past the clock tower to the next roundabout. We are the two storey historic building on the left.
Please note: We will take a copy of your drivers license, VALID credit card details and signature on arrival as part of our registration process. These details will be held for a minimum of 6 months. This is for security purposes and reduces the amount of chargeback claims we receive. Your details will be kept private and confidential.
If you do not have a credit card, we will accept a cash or eftpos deposit of 2 (Two) nights stay as security. This will be returned via cheque within 14 days of departure.
